Qualifications

• Experience in material coordination, procurement or related field.
• Familiarity with purchasing/procurement systems (OTS, ERP).
• Understanding of inventory control and material traceability.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Material & Inventory Coordination: track incoming parts, allocate and receive materials, maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, identify shortages and risks.
• Shipping, Receiving & Logistics: manage shipping/receiving, verify packing slips, inspect shipments, coordinate outbound shipments, maintain documentation.
• Procurement & Purchasing Support: initiate PCard purchases, process procurement workflows, track open orders, coordinate with sourcing/vendors, support RMAs.
