RTX in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Planning and Production Control Specialist to manage material planning, issuing, and control across program lifecycles. You’ll ensure a smooth flow of materials and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align BOMs and schedules.

You will oversee the supply chain from program kickoff through contract closure, analyze material requirements, generate purchase requests, and support production plans for high-mix, low-volume programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Material analysis experience with an MRP system or similar tooling.
• Understanding of Raytheon/global supply chain procedures; SAP/PRISM familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage material planning and production control on high-mix, low-volume programs.
• Execute program plans to meet contract schedules and customer requirements.
• Oversee supply chain from kickoff to closure.
• Assess resources, plan inventory, kitting, and capacity.
• Analyze material requirements using MRP tools and BOM alignment.
• Generate purchase requisitions and place purchase orders.
