RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Manager, Scheduling to lead the CCM value stream with strong MRP expertise. This onsite role requires coordinating material availability, production control, and cross-functional teams to meet program commitments.

You will drive metrics, oversee a team, and collaborate with planning, operations, and engineering to optimize schedules and material flow, ensuring on-time delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Experience with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
• Experience in supply chain, production planning, inventory, or logistics.
• Experience leading daily team operations.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance before start date.

Responsabilités

• Present and drive metric-based improvements across the value stream.
• Manage a team of Production Control Managers and Professionals.
• Coordinate MRP releases and shop floor system confirmations.
