Job summary

RTX’s Advanced Technologies unit in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Material Program Manager to lead material planning, data-driven supply chain decisions, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization. The role requires solid experience in MRP, program management, and defense industry knowledge.

You will drive supplier coordination, support proposal efforts, and manage budgets while communicating with executives to align plans and policies.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with strong supply chain, program management, procurement, or finance experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, MRP, or related fields.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead material program strategy/plan for programs or IPTs.
• Lead supply chain proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates.
• Assist with SSOW generation and gate review preparation.
• Balance supply and demand to create executable schedules and manage budgets.
