Job summary

Chedraui USA is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator for our Store Support Center. This onsite role supports planning, coordination and execution of marketing programs, events and store activations across company banners.

You will manage timelines, materials, logistics and vendor deliverables while partnering with internal teams, stores, agencies and vendors to ensure on-brand, on-time execution. A Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field and Spanish proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or Business or equivalent.
• Experience supporting marketing programs, events, or project coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shopper marketing programs, events and storefront activations with timelines and logistics.
• Serves as day-to-day coordinator between Marketing, Store Ops, vendors and partners.
• Manages timelines, routing and trafficking of marketing materials to ensure timely execution.
• Tracks program deliverables and maintains proof-of-performance docs (photos, recaps, reports).
• Supports development and distribution of store communications for Marketing initiatives.
• Performs additional marketing projects and tasks as assigned.
