Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, event coordination, communications or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Canva.
• Experience managing websites and digital content.
• Strong social media, email marketing, and content creation skills.
• Photography and videography experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities.
• Experience managing calendars and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
• Sewing or quilting experience is a plus, but candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Stable work history with 2+ years in recent positions.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials using InDesign, Canva and other tools.
• Create and manage content for email campaigns, social media, and promotions.
• Maintain and update the website with events, promos, and content.
• Coordinate large in-store events, including setup, registration, and logistics.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for marketing initiatives and events.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing and social media.
• Assist with developing engaging marketing campaigns to boost participation and brand awareness.
• Support additional projects as business needs evolve.
