Job summary

Marketing Coordinator position at TGG Accounting in Reston, VA. This 100% onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with compensation between $70,000 and $80,000.

You will manage day-to-day marketing, proposals, client submissions, and content for social channels while ensuring branding consistency and high-quality materials. The ideal candidate has ~2+ years marketing experience, strong graphic design skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Canva.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong graphic design and visual presentation skills.
• Experience with proposals, marketing collateral, or client-facing materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and/or Canva.
• Experience managing professional social media content.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Organized, responsive, and able to balance multiple deadlines.
• Able to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on mentality with follow-through.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives.
• Create, format, and polish proposals and client submissions.
• Build presentations, decks, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Manage content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Maintain branding consistency across materials.
• Gather information from leadership to produce polished materials.
• Coordinate website updates with outside vendors.
• Support advertising and industry marketing opportunities.
• Update marketing materials as projects evolve.
• Improve overall presentation quality for clients.
