Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive business development, create compelling proposals, and manage brand materials in a full-time on-site role in Trenton, NJ. You will support the marketing team with event planning, content creation, and social media updates, reporting to senior management.

The candidate should have a market-facing background, strong graphic design skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Five years of business development and marketing experience.
• Excellent graphic design skills.
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop).
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic website management.

Responsibilities

• New client/project lead research.
• RFP response writing, preparation, and submission.
• Maintaining marketing files and archive storage.
• Registering and planning for trade shows and client conferences/events.
• Updating and creating publications materials as needed.
• Updating firm website and social media weekly.
• Updating agenda and running bi-weekly marketing meetings.
• Organizing internal staff social events.
• Assisting Principals in client interviews.
• Tracking and maintaining memberships in organizations.
