Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Northern Virginia client. This stand-alone marketing role serves as the primary in-house resource, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to move the marketing engine forward.

You will craft proposals, client-facing submissions, and visual collateral while ensuring consistent branding. The position is onsite in Reston, with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently as the primary in-house marketing resource.
• Strong graphic design and visual presentation skills.
• Experience with proposals, client-facing materials, and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and/or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives.
• Create, format, and polish proposals, qualification packages, and client-facing submissions.
• Build presentations, pitch decks, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Manage company content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Maintain branding, messaging, and marketing collateral consistency.
• Gather information from leadership to produce polished materials.
• Coordinate website updates with external vendors.
• Support advertising, media, and industry marketing opportunities.
• Update marketing materials as projects and teams evolve.
• Improve overall presentation quality for clients.
