Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and track orders for marketing materials, supplies, promotional items, and other collateral.
• Maintain organized tracking of orders, deliveries, requests, and tasks.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Upload and organize photos/content on digital platforms.
• Assist with gift card administration, donations, and records.
• Provide general administrative and marketing support.
• Monitor a weekly task list and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team to gather information and complete projects.
