Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to oversee large-scale manufacturing programs in Wilmington, MA. You will drive end-to-end delivery, establish schedules, milestones, and risk mitigations while interfacing with production floors, equipment integrators, and automation systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
8+ years of technical program or product management experience.
3+ years on a manufacturing floor or production environment.
Experience coordinating multi-team releases and capital equipment projects.

Responsibilities

Establish schedules and milestones across production lines.
Manage escalations and trade-off decisions with stakeholders and vendors.
Translate risks and technical details into concise leadership updates.
Develop RACI frameworks to drive clarity and accountability.
Coordinate with engineering teams and OEMs for line deployments.
