• Manage risks, escalations, and cross-functional dependencies to maintain program quality and timelines.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and external vendors to drive successful program outcomes.
• Develop governance mechanisms, RACI matrices, and reporting structures to improve accountability and transparency.
• Communicate technical challenges, trade-offs, and program status effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
