Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Program Manager I to support sustaining operations across multiple consumer hardware programs in Sunnyvale, CA. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage post-launch plans, and maintain tracking and reporting decks for leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field, at least 2 years in hardware operations or program management, and strong Excel/Google Sheets, Jira, and Word skills. This contract position is on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer hardware operations or program management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Jira and Word experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex hardware projects by developing detailed post-launch plans.
• Consolidate KPIs, attendee lists, and meeting minutes to prepare leadership reporting decks.
• Maintain and update internal notification systems, tracking tools, and incident databases.
• Create, track, and audit purchase orders for financial reconciliation.
• Analyze technology and resource needs to support project feasibility.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and marketing on specs and change control.
• Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams to drive action items.
