Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Program Manager IV in Redmond, onsite, to define, implement, and deliver complex programs across cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and delivering systems that meet precise business requirements.

You will drive program-level planning, manage interdependencies and budgets, and provide clear status reports while coordinating with executives and external contributors to ensure delivery success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field is required.
• Extensive experience in technical program management with a track record delivering technology and business solutions in large-scale environments; SDLC experience required.
• Proficiency in project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and implementation planning within complex organizations; PMP/PMI certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability risk factors.
• Lead program-level strategic planning and interact effectively with executive-level management to resolve complex issues.
• Manage internal exempt, matrixed employees, and external contributors serving on project teams to deliver required systems and enhancements.
• Provide oversight for project scope definition, requirements gathering, documentation, and time estimation.
• Develop and track project schedules, manage project budgets, and deliver status reports across multiple organizational levels.
• Implement contingency plans, manage risks, and facilitate customer interactions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
