Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Technical Program Product Manager III to join its Manufacturing Operations team in Wilmington, MA. You will lead migrating spreadsheet tracking to Jira and connect data across tools to provide a single source of truth and real-time visibility for leadership.

You will create dashboards, draft technical docs, and engage engineers and operators on the shop floor to remove blockers and ensure milestones stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical program management or project coordination role within hardware, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Proficiency in Jira, including project configuration, workflow design, dashboards, and JQL.
• Experience migrating unstructured or spreadsheet-based tracking into structured project management tools.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating clear, concise documentation for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of existing spreadsheet-based tracking systems into structured project management tools like Jira.
• Connect program data across various tools to create a single-source-of-truth system for tracking progress, risks, and material readiness.
• Create and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into program status and key milestones for leadership and engineering teams.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, build procedures, and lessons-learned reports under engineering leadership guidance.
• Engage directly with engineers and operators on the manufacturing floor to identify blockers and facilitate resolution in person.
