TEKsystems is seeking a Manufacturing Support Technician for an on-site Everett, WA role. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform installs/moves/changes, and document activities while working within SLA/SLO benchmarks. Some travel between local sites and heavy walking are required.

Eligible candidates should have A+ certification or equivalent experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work across multiple shifts. Steel-toed boots are required.

Competenze

• A+ certification or equivalent hands-on hardware maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing basic networking issues.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation for travel between sites.

Mansioni

• Onsite troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades for client hardware and software resolutions.
• Perform installation, moves, additions, changes, and disposal activities as requested.
• Document all service activities thoroughly and meet defined SLAs/SLOs.
• Provide support across manufacturing/factory areas including mobile devices and patches.
