Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Associate for a fully onsite role at our Indiana facility. You will set up and operate manufacturing and test equipment to produce high-quality finished products, perform inspections, and document processes while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.

You may rotate across molding, assembly, painting, and other tasks, train new associates, and collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and service teams to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and apply reasoning to resolve production concerns.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and calibrate manufacturing and test equipment according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, work orders, and process documentation.
• Record production and operational data accurately using designated forms and tracking systems.
• Perform product and component quality inspections using measuring instruments such as micrometers and height gauges.
• Rotate through multiple manufacturing tasks and workstations to meet customer demands.
