Job summary

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Production Associate for a fully onsite role at our Indiana facility. You will set up and operate manufacturing and test equipment across molding, assembly, painting, and testing areas, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will read blueprints, measure components with precision tools, document production data, and support continuous improvement projects. Strong teamwork and reliable attendance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and use production tools safely and effectively.
• Basic mathematical skills including basic arithmetic and ratios.
• Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and apply logical reasoning to resolve production concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and calibrate manufacturing and test equipment per production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, work orders, and process documentation.
• Select, align, and secure tooling, materials, and fixtures for production operations.
• Record production and operation data accurately using forms and tracking systems.
• Perform quality inspections using micrometers and height gauges to verify dimensions.
• Verify dimensions, alignment, and conformance to quality standards.
• Rotate through multiple manufacturing tasks and workstations to meet demand.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Train and assist new associates on standard processes, changeovers, and inspection procedures.
• Communicate production, equipment, or quality issues to the Production Team Leader and team.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service, and other departments to support customer expectations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Participate in cell meetings, continuous improvement activities, and team events.
• Support departmental objectives for safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
