Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Associate to set up and operate manufacturing and test equipment, perform inspections, and document processes to support safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires flexibility to work across molding, machine operation, assembly, potting, washing, painting, and inspection.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting tooling, recording data, and maintaining quality standards while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and use production tools safely.
• Basic math including fractions, ratios, and proportions.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues with logical reasoning.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to product quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Safety-focused work habits.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and calibrate manufacturing and test equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, work orders, and process documentation.
• Select, align, and secure tooling, accessories, materials for production operations.
• Record production data accurately using designated forms and tracking systems.
• Perform quality inspections using micrometers and height gauges.
• Verify dimensions and conformance to quality standards.
• Rotate through multiple tasks and workstations as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Train and assist new associates on standard manufacturing processes and inspection procedures.
• Communicate issues to Production Team Leader and teammates.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service, and other departments.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Participate in cell meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Support safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
