Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Associate for an onsite role at our Indiana facility. You will set up and operate manufacturing and test equipment to produce high-quality products, perform inspections, and document processes while supporting safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires flexibility to work across molding, machine operation, assembly, potting, painting, inspection, and other duties, plus training new associates and collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform basic math for measurements and process calculations.
• Identify problems, troubleshoot, and document production data.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and calibrate manufacturing and test equipment.
• Read blueprints and specifications to support production requirements.
• Select tooling and materials, ensuring proper alignment for operations.
• Document production data and inspect products using measurement tools.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Train new associates on standard processes and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
