Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite Manufacturing Associate to operate cell manufacturing and test equipment, inspect parts, and maintain quality records. The role covers various tasks across molding, assembly, potting, washing, painting, and inspection, with emphasis on safety and process adherence.

You will read process documents, perform routine maintenance, and assist in training new staff while coordinating with engineering, purchasing and customer service to meet delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain records.
• Good communication skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Read diagrams and determine material requirements and assembly instructions.
• Set up tooling and adjust equipment for production orders.
• Record production data and perform quality checks.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist in training new associates and participate in cell meetings.
