Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Associate to operate cell manufacturing and test equipment in our Columbia City, Indiana facility. You will inspect parts, perform standard work, and maintain records while supporting cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

The role requires reading process documents, following procedures, and willingness to work across molding, machining, assembly, and inspection tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Industrial assembly background preferred.
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Knowledge of gauging processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders to determine material requirements.
• Set up, align, and secure tooling and materials on machines for production orders.
• Enter settings and calibrate equipment for assigned orders.
• Record production data in specified forms or data-tracking systems.
• Perform quality checks and verify dimensions with measuring tools.
• Rotate through all tasks in the production process as required.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and clean workplace.
• Explain assembly procedures to colleagues.
• Participate in cell meetings and events.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
