Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Associate to set up and operate manufacturing and test equipment across multiple operations. You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, and ensure product quality while documenting processes and maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to work independently and within a team to meet safety, quality, and on‑time delivery goals in an onsite facility.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment and use production tools.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and calibrate equipment per production requirements.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and process documentation to ensure correct assembly.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments and report variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
