Job summary
ANA, headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, seeks an Industrial Engineering Technician to support process improvement and efficiency across manufacturing operations. Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
- Two to five years of manufacturing/engineering support experience desirable.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, time studies, and continuous improvement methods preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies, work measurement, workflow analysis, and cycle-time observations to propose labor standards.
- Collect and analyze production, quality, labor, and process data; prepare KPI reports and dashboards.
- Support engineers and leadership in identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process maps.
- Lead Lean/5S/Kaizen projects and track implementation results.
- Create workstation and facility-layout drawings using CAD software to support material flow.
