Job summary

ANA, Inc is seeking a Technical Training Technician to deliver hands-on manufacturing training at their Henderson, NV site. You will support operator qualification, maintain training records, and reinforce standardized work across the production floor.

The role is fully onsite, with a weekday schedule, reporting to the Plant Manager. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing or training, with Lean, 5S, and ISO 9001 exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Two+ years in manufacturing, production assembly, equipment maintenance, or hands‑on training.
• Ability to safely perform and teach hands‑on technical tasks with tools and PPE.
• Reading engineering drawings and following work instructions and SOPs.
• Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on onboarding, station training, cross-training, refresher training, and requalification.
• Demonstrate assembly, inspection, material handling, and safety requirements at the workstation.
• Coach employees, document progress, and provide feedback on skill gaps.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and operator skills matrix.
• Support new product introduction and pilot builds on the production floor.
