Job summary

NCS Global Services is seeking a skilled Process Technician to support site functions and manufacturing processes, including inspections, testing, refurbish, repair, and receiving/shipping of products. The role emphasizes creating and maintaining work instructions, PFMEAs, risk assessments, and time studies to inform financial and capacity models.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a process technician or similar in manufacturing.
• Must read and understand instructions in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for operations related functions and processes, including visual inspections, functional testing, cosmetic refurbish, repair and receiving/shipping of product.
• Create and maintain work instructions.
• Lead PFMEA to identify, evaluate and mitigate manufacturing risks across production areas with documentation and cross-team collaboration.
• Complete operation/time studies and use data for financial and capacity models.
• Educate staff on 5S and drive 5S compliance and continuous improvement audits on the floor to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Ensure BOMs and process flow routings are accurate and up-to-date.
• Regular on-site attendance/punctuality is required.
• Other job-related tasks as assigned.
