Job summary

ANA, Inc in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Technical Training Technician onsite to deliver hands-on manufacturing training, support operator qualification, maintain accurate training records, and reinforce standardized work across the production floor. The role ensures employees are trained safely, correctly, and efficiently, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to SOPs.

The position reports to the Plant Manager and involves coordinating shadowing, coaching, and competency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree, technical certificate, apprenticeship, or military technical training preferred.
• Two+ years in manufacturing, production, or hands-on workforce training; equivalent military experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on onboarding, station training, cross-training, refresher training, and requalification for production employees.
• Demonstrate assembly, disassembly, inspection, material-handling, equipment-use, safety, and quality requirements at workstation level.
• Coordinate shadowing and supervised practice; coach employees and provide feedback on progress and skill gaps.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and operator skills matrices; ensure training materials are current.
• Identify unclear instructions and missing visuals; provide feedback to Technical Training Engineer for corrections.
• Track training activity and provide status updates on onboarding progress, qualification coverage, and cross-training readiness.
