Job summary

ANA in Henderson, NV is seeking a Technical Training Technician to deliver hands-on onboarding, station training, and ongoing coaching for production employees onsite. You will reinforce standardized work and maintain training records to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to identify capability gaps, prioritize training needs, and support new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills on the production floor.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and inspection criteria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, station training, cross-training, refresher training, and requalification for production employees.
• Demonstrate assembly, disassembly, inspection, material-handling, equipment-use, safety, and quality requirements at the workstation level.
• Maintain complete and audit-ready training records and qualification checklists.
• Identify unclear instructions and provide feedback to improve training materials and processes.
• Support new product introduction and pilot builds by learning new processes and training rollout.
