Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience applying ergonomic standards and health/safety principles.
• Knowledge of line balancing and process layout to optimize manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support design and installation of integrated manufacturing systems.
• Coordinate with vendors from design through production.
• Assist with rack parts audits and optimize plant storage.
• Support storage identification and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for projects.
• Support PFEP documentation and updates.
• Apply Operations Excellence principles to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify issues and drive initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities to improve outcomes for customers.
