This role engages with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and standardization across manufacturing processes. The candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering, basic project experience, and strong CAD/Excel skills, contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Basic level of relevant work experience required.
• CAD and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, improvement and installation of integrated manufacturing or administrative systems.
• Support design-to-production coordination with vendors.
• Assist with rack parts audits and optimize plant storage space.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for ongoing projects.
• Support PFEP documentation and updates.
• Apply Operations Excellence principles to improve processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
