Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in payroll operations or payroll coordination.
• Manufacturing payroll experience across multiple sites.
• Hands-on ADP payroll processing experience.
• Experience coordinating with outsourced payroll providers.
• Proficiency with Workday, ADP Lyric or similar HRIS.
• Strong Excel proficiency and regulatory knowledge.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing with an outsourced provider.
• Coordinate payroll schedules, data, deductions, and adjustments.
• Support payroll for hourly and salaried employees across facilities.
• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before close.
• Address payroll questions from employees, managers, and HR.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain payroll data across HR and payroll systems.
• Partner with finance and accounting for reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
