Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for 200+ employees in a fast-paced plant in San Antonio, TX. The role demands a hands-on, results-driven leader who translates strategy into execution, builds robust operating systems and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates will show strong planning, problem solving, and people development skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS 365.

Qualifications

Six or more years in progressive manufacturing leadership roles.
Experience leading leaders in large, multi-shift operations.
Experience supporting 200+ team members.
Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, purchasing, production and distribution.
Ability to build operating systems, standard work and training processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee productivity, efficiency, quality, cost performance and continuous improvement.
Lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
Develop and implement operating systems and accountability mechanisms.
Coach, mentor and develop staff to achieve results.
