Express Employment Professionals Northwest San Antonio seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead a precision machining operation. You will oversee daily production, coach supervisors and machinists, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on CNC knowledge, strong leadership, and a focus on developing staff while meeting schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in machined-component manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years supervisory/management in a medium-to-large machine shop.
• Working knowledge of FANUC/MAZATROL CNC lathe and mill controls.
• Proficiency in G-code programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily manufacturing activities.
• Ensure components meet quality specs and delivery requirements.
• Manage production schedules, labor, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor productivity and drive cost-saving improvements.
• Develop supervisors, CNC machinists, and shop personnel.
