Job summary

Red Oak Technologies in Fremont, CA is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Facilities & Equipment Specialist to maintain building infrastructure, support production tools, and ensure a safe, efficient manufacturing environment onsite.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and coordinate with external service providers to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
• Ability to interpret equipment manuals and drawings
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and manufacturing support systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and facility equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests to minimize production downtime
• Inspect facility systems and perform repairs across manufacturing and support areas
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance projects
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities
