Job summary

CBRE Facilities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing/production client onsite. You'll perform preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building systems to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll troubleshoot, repair, inspect assets, assist with installations, and help with energy management while following safety codes. Requirements include 1–2 years of related experience, a High School diploma or trade school, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Inspect building assets including doors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Support with installation and modification of equipment.
• Review and close out work orders with maintenance team.
• Contribute to energy management and safety compliance.
• Assist with general building maintenance tasks as needed.
