Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on maintenance in semiconductor, MEMS, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment documentation and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and production support systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, pumps, and facility utilities.
• Support facility equipment uptime by responding quickly to maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with facilities and production teams to maintain safe, compliant production areas.
• Assist with vendor coordination for specialized repairs and services.
