Job summary

Jayco seeks a Functional Business Analyst to support and improve manufacturing systems across ERP, CRM, and document management platforms. This role translates business needs into clear requirements and user stories, working with AX 2012, CE CRM, and Revver while coordinating with IT and vendors.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, train end users, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance and smooth system adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years as Functional/Business Analyst; 5+ years preferred.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Dynamics AX 2012 a plus.
• CRM experience with Dynamics CE (CRM) a plus.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud apps and Revver.
• Strong requirements writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from end users and translate into user stories and specs.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for AX/CE and other apps.
• Facilitate discussions between users and developers/vendors.
• Provide end-user support and training for new functionality.
• Coordinate with 3rd party consultants and IT teams.
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and test cases.
• Support document management using Revver and ensure compliance.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations across ERP/CRM.
