Job summary

Jayco in Middlebury, IN is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support and optimize our manufacturing systems. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate across ERP, CRM, and document management platforms to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, experience with Dynamics AX 2012 or similar ERP/CRM, and the ability to manage multiple projects with end users, vendors, and IT teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years as Functional Analyst or Business Analyst; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is a plus.
• CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM).
• Experience with SaaS/cloud-based business applications.
• Experience with document management platforms (Revver) is a plus.
• Experience writing user stories and functional requirements.
• SOX/ITGC familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with reporting tools SSRS/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with end users and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into user stories and specs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements or system enhancements.
• Facilitate discussions between users and developers/vendors to ensure clear understanding.
• Provide end user support and issue escalation for AX 2012, CE, Revver, and other SaaS apps.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and integrations across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
