Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering in Beloit, KS. You will lead the site manufacturing engineering team, directing manufacturing processes, tooling, layouts, and work standards to support safe, efficient production.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Product Engineering, Materials, Purchasing, and Maintenance to deliver new product introductions, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or a related technical discipline.
6-8 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience leading engineers, technicians, projects, or teams.
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methods.
Proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead site manufacturing engineering function and team performance.
Define and continuously improve manufacturing processes, material flow, and work standards.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Product Engineering, Materials, Purchasing, Maintenance, and suppliers.
Lead Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
