AGCO Corporation in Beloit, KS, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the site manufacturing engineering function and drive optimization of processes, material flow, and equipment layouts. You will partner across Operations, Quality, Product Engineering, Materials, Purchasing, Maintenance, and suppliers to deliver safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience including leading engineers, technicians, projects, or teams.
• Knowledge of machining, metal fabrication, welding, assembly, tooling, facility layout, and DFM.
• Experience with Lean, cellular manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methods.
• Experience preparing business cases and leading capital equipment projects from concept through commissioning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; CAD knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing engineering team; set priorities and resource allocation.
• Create, implement, and standardize manufacturing processes and material flow.
• Develop facility layouts and production instructions; ensure safe, efficient production.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, cellular manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma; identify cost improvements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and provide management summaries.
