Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for the Beloit site to join the team onsite during Summer 2027. You will help formulate, coordinate, and implement Manufacturing Engineering activities, gaining valuable, practical experience from day one.

You will work on production floor tasks, time studies, MTM development, and cost estimates while collaborating with planning and other groups to ensure timely production.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering degree program.
• Understanding of manufacturing concepts, processes, lean principles.
• Willing to learn and collaborate in a team.
• Familiarity with CAD tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the production floor during product launches and document new processes.
• Develop standard data by time study and MTM, estimate costs.
• Lead improvement initiatives to improve manufacturability.
• Coordinate with planning and MRP to ensure timely production.
