Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and results; provide management summaries and promptly elevate issues affecting approved timing, cost, safety, quality, or operational targets. Ensure manufacturing engineering activities comply with applicable health, safety, quality, and company standards. Effectively manage the work and development of direct reports, including performance goals, evaluations, succession planning, employee profiles, and documented development discussions in accordance with company processes.
