Job summary

SourceNow is seeking an Onsite Manager/Recruiter in Newnan, GA to source, interview, and place candidates for high-volume staffing needs at client sites. You will lead day-to-day client communications and ensure excellent service to candidates and customers.

You will travel to client sites, collaborate with onboarding, and meet with hiring managers to align staffing with client needs. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in high-volume recruitment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume agency recruitment in light industrial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for daily staffing needs at client location.
• Work cross functionally with stakeholders in customers' success.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Specialist to ensure efficient onboarding of candidates.
• Meet with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met.

About the Role

The Onsite Manager/Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing high volume staffing needs for our client, as well as meeting with and responding to client needs and requests. This role will be the lead that handles all day to day needs of the client. We are looking for someone that is a leader and problem solver, someone that can come up with efficient and effective ways of recruiting and providing world class customer service to candidates, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for daily staffing needs at client location.
• Work collaboratively with Onboarding Specialist to ensure efficient onboarding of candidates.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Meet with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Source, recruit, interview, and place candidates into various roles ranging from production line to professional occupations.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a recruiter role.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client site for multiple daily check-ins, interviews, client meetings, etc.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume agency recruitment – Light Industrial.

Required Skills

• Language: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Reasoning: Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Software: Prior Experience working in Avionte, VMS Portals, and/or other ATS systems a plus.
• Other: Professional appearance is required.
