Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management is seeking an Onsite Manager for a 19-unit apartment community in West Hollywood. The role covers leasing, marketing, resident services, and light maintenance, requiring a professional, resident-focused approach and the ability to manage vendors and records in AppFolio.

Compensation is $20.25 per hour for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) with onsite housing available. Applicants must live on site and have a valid driver’s license; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Basic maintenance knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to live onsite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; AppFolio experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work weekends when needed.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for residents and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies, including after-hours issues.
• Handle leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Show available units and market vacancies.
• Maintain resident and property records in AppFolio.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate unit turnovers.
• Keep the property clean and well-maintained, including light porter duties.
• Perform basic/light maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Coordinate vendors and monitor completed work.
• Track vacancies, work orders, and other property performance metrics.
• Review and approve vendor invoices.
• Order property supplies and maintain inventory.
• Stay up to date on landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.
• Attend company meetings and training.

Job Summary

An Onsite Manager is responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the apartment community including leasing, marketing, resident services, and basic light maintenance. An Onsite Manager must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with prospects, residents, vendors, and fellow employees always.

Part-Time Position Hours: 20 hours per week
