Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician for The Ashton Apartment Homes to ensure vacant units are restored to market-ready status. The role includes general repairs, maintenance of interior and exterior areas, and adherence to safety standards while supporting our service team.

You will operate industry tools, follow OSHA guidelines, and work Monday–Friday with possible overtime. Applicants should have basic computer skills, a High School diploma or GED, and bring their own hand

• General maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Own industry-specific hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartments to market-ready status through repairs and upkeep.
• Repair, replace, and maintain interior and exterior areas of the property.
• Identify hazards, report to managers, and follow safety guidelines (OSHA).
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and tool security.
