Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. seeks a Make Ready Technician to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across the community—grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking, and other common areas.

You will assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and handle resident service requests as directed by the Lead Service Technician. You must be able to read, write and speak English, work well with tenants and staff, and operate basic tools.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and move through the community.
• Able to communicate effectively with tenants and property staff.
• Able to lift 15–25 pounds.
• Occasional work in poor weather (heat, cold, rain or snow).
• Safely operate small hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Deliver excellent customer service as part of the community team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and in completing resident service requests as directed.
• Comply with company and community policies and safety procedures and follow federal, state and local laws including Fair Housing.
