Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to ensure vacant apartments are restored to market-ready status and to perform general maintenance across interior and exterior areas.

The role requires basic computer skills, high school education or GED, and owning industry-specific hand tools. Strong safety awareness and reliability are essential to support property operations and resident satisfaction at our Sorrento location.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant units to market-ready condition and perform general maintenance.
• Repair, replace, and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Identify and report hazards to maintenance/manager per policy.
• Follow BH preventive maintenance programs and document activities.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools.
• Post notices to vacate and communicate with residents as needed.
