RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician in Jacksonville, FL to service community associations. You will perform routine maintenance, mowing, painting, minor repairs, landscaping upkeep, and support roadways and common areas as directed.

Experience with mowing, tractor operations, plumbing, light carpentry, and janitorial tasks is required, with emphasis on safety and timely work orders. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

• Experience with mowing, tractor operations, painting, plumbing, and light carpentry.
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks and basic maintenance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

As well as all other duties that may be required from time to time by their immediate Supervisor, Manager, or BOD.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for keeping the common areas around the buildings, walkway, parking lot areas, roadways, areas around the pool, medians, around the exterior perimeter of the community, and any other common areas impeccable alwaysRemove litter, garbage, and debrisRemove landscaping debris from all common areasRemove graffiti from stop signs and other signs, as well as from electrical and cable boxes.
