RealManage Elevated Onsite in Florida is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to maintain common areas in Indian Lake Estates. You will perform trash removal, cleaning, painting, minor repairs, weed and irrigation work, and upkeep of walkways, signage, and exterior structures.

This full-time, on-site role requires experience with mowing, tractor operations, plumbing, light carpentry, and janitorial tasks; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

• Janitorial work experience is beneficial.

As well as all other duties that may be required from time to time by their immediate Supervisor, Manager, or BOD.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for keeping the common areas around the buildings, walkway, parking lot areas, roadways, areas around the pool, medians, around the exterior perimeter of the community, and any other common areas impeccable alwaysRemove litter, garbage, and debrisRemove landscaping debris from all common areasRemove graffiti from stop signs and other signs, as well as from electrical and cable boxes. Report damaged and missing signs.Remove debris from around, in between, and under all common areas’ hedgesBlow with a blower all sidewalks and streets as neededPressure cleaning of all entrances and walkwaysPainting of all common area curbing, planters, bulletin boards, fences, walls, monuments, signs, fire hydrants, street sign posts, light posts, street strips, and speed bumpsMust work to ensure all inventory items are in good working conditionMust ensure the securing and emptying of the trash dumpster and the area around the dumpsterMust work cooperatively with other staff membersWill follow the staff attire guidelines detailed in the manualComplete all work orders assigned by Management and or BODTurn in a weekly maintenance report to the maintenance supervisorReport any maintenance issues to the Maintenance supervisor and or Property ManagerReport any dead trees in common areas to the Maintenance supervisor and or Property ManagerEnsure that all traffic signs are visible and clear of hanging branchesEnsure that there are no trip hazards through the roadways, walkways, and all common areas, and building stairsReport all maintenance emergencies and accidents immediately to the Maintenance supervisor and or Property ManagerAny and all maintenance emergency repairs must be completed prior to going to lunch or going home at the end of the workday Your time will be adjusted.Come to work as scheduled on time and ready to work.DisclaimerThis description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
