Day-to-day duties include diagnosing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more, using smart-technology to manage work orders. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is required to support resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and related trades.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, and phones to manage tasks and communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across systems and fixtures to keep the community running smoothly.
